Regional Drivers

  • Lease/Purchase
    • No money down! Purchase program available, a copy of which is available if you are interested
  • Regional and long-haul over-the-road opportunities
  • Regional lanes pay $.95 – $1.70 depending on lane
  • Safety roadside incentive program
    • $200.00 for a Level 1 inspection with zero violations
    • $100.00 for a Level 2 or 3 inspection with zero violations
    • Additional $100.00 bonus for every five inspections with zero violations
  • Opportunities are available for fleet owners, teams and solos
  • Additional monies are paid per mile for the following services:
    • Refrigerated
    • Hazmat
    • Teams
    • Fleet owners
      • An additional benefit for fleet owners of $0.05 per mile is available for placing three or more trucks operating with the company
  • Certain dedicated lanes may be available for teams
  • Flexible home time
  • National fuel discounts at Love’s Travel Stops
  • Weekly settlements
    • Loads submitted by 10:00 a.m. Tuesday are paid on Friday
    • Settlements may be direct deposited, loaded to company-issued Comdata cards
    • PODs are accepted via Transflo Mobile App or Truckstop
  • Company-issued Comdata cards available with fuel and cash advances
    • Comdata fuel card with $150.00 advance allowed per week for solos and $300.00 advance per week for teams
  • Pre-pass is available to everyone
  • Free use of company late-model CARB-compliant trailers
  • Peoplenet ELDs
  • Company-paid scales and bridges
  • Baseplate financial assistance program available
